babolighting ships worldwide, including North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more. We use the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure that your package arrives safely at its destination. We offer as many shipping options as possible, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and EMS. All orders will be confirmed within 24 hours and an order confirmation email will be sent after the order is placed. We have multiple warehouses around the world, including USA, Europe, Hong Kong, etc. Your order will be shipped within 24-72 hours of the order confirmation email being sent. Domestic orders are always shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, USA for the fastest delivery time, but rare exceptions may occur due to lack of inventory as we may have to ship from our Hong Kong warehouse. If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at support@babolighting.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We can help until the package is shipped.
International orders will be shipped from any of our warehouses, whichever provides the fastest delivery time. Due to the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, our carriers have experienced temporary shipping delays, which may delay your delivery. We always strive to get your package to you as quickly and safely as possible. If a package does not arrive on time, please feel free to contact us first. We will work together to resolve any issues.
Note: If you choose international delivery, you may have to pay taxes; it depends on your country. Due to Covid-19, there will be some delay in the courier. If the package does not arrive on time, please feel free to contact us. We will work together to resolve any issues.

Shipping Cost:
We are free shipping to USA, Australia and so on, excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and so on. There is $20 shipping fee to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Denmark, Finland, and so on with Standard Shipping and $60 shipping fee with Express Shipping. A purchase order no matter how many goods once only charge shipping at no added weight fee. 

Recipients of international shipments may be subject to value added tax (VAT) or import duties, customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. babolighting has no control over these charges and we cannot predict what they may be.

Shipping Time:
Orders will be shipped out within 24-72 hours after order confirmation email sent, these are our standard shipping times excluding weekends. If you do place an order on the weekend, we will begin fulfilling orders on the next business day.
But if you have any special demands, please leave us a message and we'll try our best to ship the order according to your needs. After an order is shipped, an automated shipping confirmation e-mail is sent out to you with the tracking information. If you didn't receive the tracking number within 24-72 hours after order confirmation email sent since your order may be missed to ship or out of stock in the peak season, please contact our customer service specialist to understand the actual situation.

Shipping Tracking
If a member has successfully ordered babolighting goods, you can visit: My Account > Orders, find the corresponding order number, check order status, check the delivery status of orders in the order state, you can go on the website for the logistics company, input tracking number there and you will be presented with the tracking information.

Please note:
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.
Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.
We do not offer overnight shipping.

Shipping Damage:
All products are carefully packaged for shipment, and damage case seldom happens. If you get damaged product, please take photos and contact us soon, our service will help you. (Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 48 hours after you get it). We will reply to you within 24 hours.

Package Returned:
In order to for courier to contact you, please keep the mobile phone free during this period. If you do not receive the package in time, it will be returned to the place of shipment. We will not be responsible for any loss caused by this reason.
